Rolling Rolling Rolling

I started rolling regularly from back to front just before Christmas. I now have front to back down, too. Mommy and Daddy didn't take a picture, but I rolled across the room earlier today. (Can you believe they didn't take a picture?)

It is going to be a big year for me. I can already tell. For example, I had my first solid food for dinner on 1/1/2013. I really enjoyed my rice cereal. I can't wait to try more foods.
December 2012 - Part 2

Great Aunt Karen and Great Uncle Bruce sent some nice Christmas presents that I was allowed to open early. I really liked getting to make the Christmas banner.
Santa Claus came to Red Hot and Blue!
Before the craziness of Christmas truly arrived, Mommy, Daddy, Lyra, and I went out shopping and out for a nice lunch.
I like playing with my little sister!
Grandma Lyn bought me a rug for Christmas!
As usual, I had a great time at church on Christmas Eve. Everybody sings while I twirl. I made a new friend, too.
Here we are preparing for Christmas Eve dinner.
Santa came!
We went to visit Aunt Marian, Umcle Roy, Anna and Walker on Christmas afternoon. It was a beautiful day and we had a lot of fun!
Uncle Eric, Hannah, and Ethan finally got to Grandma and Pop Pop's and we ate Christmas dinner and opened even more presents.
Boxing day morning brought snow, which prompted us to have our first fire.
For dinner, we had the family over to our house.
Grandma Lyn had a party the Thursday after Christmas. There were lots of kids there, stairstepped from Lyra to Thomas, who is almost 16.
Lyra and I both have a lot of hats. We are pretty cute in them though.
It snowed again! Mommy and I went out and helped the neighbors make a snowman.
Lexi came over for a playdate. Mommy had bought us princess mirrors to decorate.
Lyra is 4 months old now. She is in the 54th percentile for height and 14th percentile for weight. Like me, her head is on the bigger side. It is in the 72nd percentile. The pediatrician says Lyra has advanced motor skills. Mommy already knew that as Lyra tends to wake up in the middle of the night on her belly with her legs hanging over the side of the crib.
We went over to Kaela's for New Year's Eve. We had so much fun! We even counted down and shouted "Happy New Year" at midnight!
